With just a few ingredients and a blender, you can whip up this refreshing, nutritious ice cream in minutes, making it an ideal choice for a nutrient-dense snack or a satisfying dessert. Enjoy the perfect balance of flavor and texture in every spoonful of this easy-to-make Nice Cream!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup soy milk (or your favorite milk)

  • Optional: any other frozen fruits, walnuts or pistachios, chocolate chips, mint...


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.


This is a fun recipe that I have made for years. You can experiment with various flavors like cherry chocolate chip, mango, or mint chocolate chip.
