Dark Chocolate Nut Clusters

These Dark Chocolate Nut Clusters are a simple yet indulgent treat that combines rich, antioxidant-packed dark chocolate with crunchy, heart-healthy nuts. Perfect as a snack or a sweet bite after a meal, they offer the ideal balance of flavor and texture with just a hint of natural sweetness. Easy to make and easy to love, these clusters are a wholesome way to satisfy your chocolate cravings, no baking required.

Ingredients:
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, cashews)
1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Melt the dairy-free dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Remove from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract and sea salt.
Add the mixed nuts to the melted chocolate and stir until all the nuts are well coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon clusters of the chocolate-coated nuts onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave space between each cluster.
Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
