Kickstart your morning with a flavorful and nutritious breakfast burrito that's both satisfying and packed with plant-based goodness. This breakfast burrito features protein-rich tofu, hearty black beans, zesty salsa, creamy avocado, and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor boost. Perfect for a quick and wholesome breakfast, this burrito is not only delicious but also brimming with essential nutrients to fuel your day. This breakfast burrito is sure to become a favorite in your morning routine.



Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole wheat wrap

  • 1/2 cup Black beans

  • 1/3 sliced avocado

  • 2-3 spoonfuls of Salsa

  • 1/2 block silken tofu

  • Turmeric

  • Nutritional yeast


Instructions:

  1. Place 1/2 block of tofu in a pot on medium heat. Sprinkle turmeric to color yellow and mash up to a scrambled consistency that you like and cook until warm.

  2. Spread beans, tofu scramble, sliced avocado, and salsa onto whole wheat wrap and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top.

  3. Roll it all up and enjoy!
