This snack features sourdough bread combined with nutrient-dense chia seeds, providing about 15 grams of dietary fiber to promote gut health and regulate digestion. Healthy fats from chia seeds and hummus extend satiety, preventing energy crashes.

Ingredients
1 slice sourdough bread (approx. 50g)
2 tbsp hummus
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp psyllium husk
3 radishes, thinly sliced
Instructions
Toast the slice of sourdough bread until crispy.
In a small dish, mix the 2 tablespoons of hummus with 1 teaspoon of psyllium husk to boost fiber content.
Spread this high-fiber hummus mixture evenly over the toasted sourdough.
Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of chia seeds over the top and press down slightly.
Garnish with the thinly sliced radishes and serve immediately.
This snack is about 285 calories, 7.5 grams of protein, and 15 grams of fiber, depending on the size of the bread slice.
