Ingredients:
15 oz can kidney beans
15 oz can black beans
15 oz can cannellini beans
2-3 handfuls spinach
4 cups vegetable broth
2 large carrots, chopped
2 large celery sticks, chopped
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your crock pot in the morning. Set heat to medium.
Stir it occasionally, if you want.
