Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
Big handful of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
Add the wet ingredients one by one and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Grease muffin tin and spoon batter into each cup.
Cook for about 14-16 minutes.
