Peanut Butter Cocoa Energy Bites

These energy bites are the perfect pick-me-up for test days, race days, or any time you need quick brain fuel. Made with simple, wholesome ingredients like oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla, each bite delivers about 15 grams of carbohydrates to keep your mind sharp and your energy steady. They’re rich, satisfying, and easy to make ahead. Ideal for fueling focus and performance, one bite at a time.


Chocolate oatmeal balls are arranged on a wooden board. The dark brown balls have visible oatmeal pieces, creating a rustic texture.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 5 dates, chopped

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (maybe a little more)

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Mixx all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Scoop and roll into about 20 bite sized pieces.


About 15g carbs per bite.
