Mindful Morning Oats

Start your day with a bowl of mindful morning oats that not only nourishes your mind but also sets a positive tone for your day ahead. This wholesome recipe combines the heartiness of oats, the nutritional powerhouses of flax and chia seeds, and the sweetness of brown sugar and cinnamon. Topped with crunchy walnuts and a medley of fresh berries, each bite offers a delightful mix of textures and flavors. Perfect for a peaceful morning routine, this oatmeal not only fills you up but also fuels you with essential nutrients to take on whatever comes your way.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar

  • Few big sprinkles of cinnamon

  • Handful of walnuts

  • Handful of berries


Instructions:

  1. Pour the oats, flax, chia, brown sugar, and cinnamon into a bowl.

  2. Boil water and add to bowl with oats. Stir. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes or so to "cook".

  3. Top with walnuts and berries.
