A perfect pre-portioned afternoon snack constructed to deliver stable, sustained energy. Packed with dietary fiber from rolled oats, raisins, and walnuts. Walnuts contribute anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids, which support cognitive function and overall cardiovascular health. This portable option is ideal for managing appetite and energy levels.

Ingredients
4 tbsp rolled oats
1.5 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chopped raw walnuts
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1-2 tsp water
Instructions
In a small food processor or high-speed blender, pulse the raw walnuts and rolled oats a few times to break them down into smaller pieces.
Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the raisins, ground cinnamon, and pure maple syrup.
Add 1 teaspoon of water and mix thoroughly with your hands until the dry mixture adheres to itself. Add a second teaspoon of water only if the mixture remains too dry.
Knead and shape the mixture into 2 equally sized round bites.
Place the energy bites in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to firm up before consuming.
This recipe is about 100 calories per bite.
Enjoy!
