Tailor-made for outdoor adventures, busy workdays, or a wholesome treat anytime, trail mix is as versatile as it is delicious. Simple to prepare and easy to customize, this nutrient-packed snack is sure to become your go-to choice for a balanced and satisfying munch. Enjoy the perfect harmony of flavors and textures in every handful!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 cups Nuts (peanuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews...)

  • 1 cup Seeds (hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds...)

  • 1-2 cups Favorite whole grain cereal

  • 1 cup Dried Fruit (apricot, cranberries, raisins...)

  • Bonus: chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Divide into smaller containers or bags to prep for portions.


The whole recipe could be around 35-50 grams of protein, so divide up your portioned containers or bags as needed.
